How does remote mounting work?

PROCEDURE

You send us an inventory list along with the unit’s specifications (see compartments dimensions form). Pictures of the unit and its compartment are also very useful. We may contact you to get more information as needed.
As standard with us, we send you a ‘’location plan’’ showing the proposed location on the unit of all equipment from your inventory list. The plan also indicates how we plan to do it and why. If applicable, we’ll also make suggestions regarding the equipment. The format used allows you to directly make any corrections you want
When the ‘’location plan’’ is finalized we present you a cost proposition per compartment. Shipping costs are excluded at this point. They can be provided once you have confirmed the extent of work to be completed.
Upon receipt of your order we prepare for each compartment
1. all required components, individually identified
2. paper and electronic step-by-step installation manual
3. all nuts, bolts, washers, drill and screwing bits, taps if required and spares
4. all required mounts, identified by tool to be mounted

Mounts with a life-time warranty
We generally recommend PAC mounts: they are expensive but the product quality is excellent and PAC honours the life-time warranty. Our experience enables us to suggest the most cost-effective PAC mounts. If PAC does not offer the mount you need we can recommend other mounts.
M-Traks extruded aluminum panels
Designed and produced in Canada, easy to install, versatile, they are compatible with the inserts provided with PAC mounts. Their profile also allows you to use 3/16’’ nylon lock nuts to install mounts. Once in place they allow you to mount and move equipment without having to make holes in the compartment panel. This prevents damaging wiring, hydraulics or anything else behind the wall. We cut the M-Traks to your specific dimensions (height, width) at very competitive prices.
Pro-Slides aluminum pull-out slides
Pro-Slides pull-out slides are locally designed and built. They offer a 600 lbs capacity, are entirely built of aluminum and stainless steel, 100% extension (less ½’’), and automatic locking in the opened and closed positions. Their unique design offers durability, sturdiness and an unsurpassed ease of roll.
